In her role as a financial planner, Kathy manages client relationships and leads ongoing review meetings, ensuring each plan remains aligned as life evolves. Her approachable style and commitment to exceptional service create an experience where clients feel understood, supported, and confident in their financial direction.

Kathy joined the firm in 2002 and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. She has also been recognized as a Five Star Wealth Manager Award recipient for nine consecutive years.

Kathy lives in Dublin with her husband, Rob, their son, Elliott, and their Labrador retriever, Rolf. Their daughter, Maddie, is currently attending Miami University. Kathy is actively involved in the community, volunteering as a mentor with Nationwide Children’s Hospital’s Connecting Families program.

Outside of work, she enjoys listening to audiobooks, walking in her neighborhood, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes.

Sandy Vidosh

Executive Assistant

Sandy plays a central role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for both clients and team members, serving as a trusted point of connection across the firm. Known for her bright attitude and genuine warmth, she greets every guest—whether in person or over the phone—with a smile that reflects the firm’s commitment to exceptional service.

In her role as Executive Assistant, Sandy supports daily operations, assists the advisory team, and coordinates both internal and client-facing events. Her ability to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes helps ensure a seamless experience for clients and colleagues alike. She brings energy and positivity to the office each day—truly “bringing the sunshine” to the team.

Sandy joined the firm in 2005 and has been an integral part of the firm’s culture and client experience ever since.

Sandy and her husband, John, reside in Dublin, Ohio, with their rescue pitbull, Ruger. After nearly three decades in their family home, they recently downsized to a condominium—embracing a lifestyle focused on experiences over maintenance. Living by the motto “live small so you can live big,” they enjoy traveling in their motorhome, exploring state and national parks, and spending quality time together.

Their travels have also taken them abroad, including a memorable family trip to Slovenia where they explored their heritage and connected with extended family for the first time. They also enjoy visiting their daughter, Michaela, who lives in Colorado and works as a search consultant, and their son, Dalton, who resides in Dublin and serves as a Director of Finance for a global environmental nonprofit.

In their free time, Sandy and John enjoy cruising and taking drives in John’s restored 1971 AMC Javelin—a car he originally owned in high school and later reacquired decades later, making it a meaningful part of their shared story.

With decades of experience in financial services across securities, insurance, and compliance in Ohio and Pennsylvania, she brings a broad and valuable perspective to her work.

In her role, Emily supports firm operations, assists financial planners, and provides attentive, high-quality service to clients. Known for her reliability and client-first mindset, she helps create a seamless experience that allows both clients and advisors to stay focused on what matters most.

Emily joined the firm in 2012 and is a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP™), reflecting her commitment to professional development and excellence in client service.

Outside of the office, Emily enjoys participating in her local movie club, bike riding, and spending time outdoors. She is also active in her community through St. Paul the Apostle Church, where she helps facilitate the Come Home program. Emily resides in Dublin and has one son, Alec, a custom design engineer in the medical industry based in Colorado. One of her favorite experiences was a 10-day trip to Greece with her son.

Noah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from Ohio University and is currently pursuing his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, reflecting his commitment to building a strong foundation in financial planning and client service.

Ben plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s technology infrastructure, helping ensure the systems and processes behind the client experience operate smoothly and efficiently. With a strong focus on accuracy and integration, he brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to managing the firm’s technology environment.

In his role, Ben oversees the selection, implementation, and integration of key systems, including asset management platforms, financial planning software, and client portals. He is also instrumental in the reconciliation process within the firm’s asset management system, helping ensure the accuracy and reliability of client reporting and quarterly statements.

Ben joined the firm in 2015 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Walsh University. His work supports the firm’s commitment to delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for both clients and advisors.

Outside of the office, Ben and his wife, Kelly, stay busy with their five children—Rowan, Rylan, Reid, Rhett, and Ridge. A passionate baseball enthusiast, Ben enjoys coaching and mentoring, reflecting his commitment to teamwork, development, and community involvement.
