Jason Eliason receives his certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst®

Please join us in congratulating Jason Eliason, who received his certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst® this August. By reaching this milestone, Jason has joined an elite group of financial professionals. Only 2.3 percent of financial planners holding a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification also hold a CFA® charter, less than 1,500 individuals worldwide, according to the Journal of Financial Planning.

The CFA® charter and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification are considered the gold standards in the investment industry. Through his accomplishment, Jason will now be able to provide Waller Financial clients and partners with an enhanced level of depth in identifying investment vehicles that will help each achieve their lifestyle and legacy goals.

Jason's achievement is the culmination of a long and challenging professional journey. The CFA® charter process requires multiple years of study and the passing of three certification level exams. Each exam is administered only once per year, and is scored on a competitive basis. In 2008, the exams produced a combined pass rate of only 42 percent, according to the most recent published figures by the CFA Institute.
